Installation boxes fireproof Sever version KM-O IP55 are designed to connect and branch fireproof cable lines in areas with especially cold climate with ambient temperature up to -60 °С. They are used for outdoor and indoor installation under a shelter.
The body is made of stainless steel sheet AISI 304 1.2 mm thick. Fireproof junction box Sever body has a rectangular or square shape. The lid is hermetically sealed to the housing by the connection with screws and sealing silicone gasket.
Inside the enclosure there are ceramic terminal blocks. On the cover and on the housing there are grounding clamps "PE". The side walls are equipped with membrane-type sealing bushings, providing the degree of protection against penetration not lower than IP55.
Fireproof junction boxes Sever are made of stainless steel grade AISI 304, which has chemical and corrosion resistance, high strength, and has excellent low-temperature properties. The screw ends on the terminal block have a rounded shape that allows the wires to be secured without damage. Ceramic terminal blocks provide a secure connection in fire conditions.
All external fixing elements are made of stainless steel. Membrane bushings and sealing gasket are made of frost-resistant silicone, designed for ambient temperatures down to -60 ° C.
The boxes are certified for compliance with the requirements of technical regulations: TR TS 004/2011 "On Safety of Low Voltage Equipment". TU 3449-005-70631050-2009.
