Fireproof junction boxes Sever have an extended range of operating temperatures and can be used at low temperatures down to -60 °C.
Sever fireproof junction boxes KM-O IP66 are designed for connection and branching of fire-resistant cable lines in areas with especially cold climate and ambient temperature up to -60 °C. They are used for outdoor and indoor installation under a shelter.
The body is made of stainless steel sheet AISI 304 1.2 mm thick. Body of Sever fireproof junction box has a rectangular or square shape. The lid is hermetically sealed to the housing by the connection with screws and sealing silicone gasket. Inside the enclosure there are ceramic terminal blocks. On the cover and on the housing there are grounding clamps "PE". In side walls there are stainless steel cable glands that provide protection degree at least IP66.
Sever fireproof junction boxes are made of stainless steel AISI 304, which has chemical and corrosion resistance, high strength, and has excellent low-temperature properties.
The screw ends on the terminal block have a rounded shape that allows the wires to be secured without damage. Ceramic terminal blocks provide a secure connection in fire conditions. All external fixing elements are made of stainless steel.
The gaskets are made of frost-resistant silicone, designed for ambient temperatures down to -60 ° C.
Boxes are certified to comply with technical regulations: TR TS 004/2011 "On Safety of Low Voltage Equipment".
