Datasheet Cable line «Gefest».pdf Installation boxes fireproof KM-O IP55 are designed to connect and branch fireproof cable lines.
The body is made of galvanized steel sheet 1.2 mm thick and is covered by polymeric paint.. Fireproof junction box body has a rectangular or square shape. The lid is hermetically sealed to the housing by the connection with screws and sealing silicone gasket. On the cover and on the housing there are grounding clamps "PE". The side walls are equipped with membrane-type sealing bushings, providing the degree of protection against penetration not lower than IP55.
All external fixing elements are made of stainless steel. There are special seal sleeves installed in side walls providing not less than IP55 degree of protection.
The boxes are certified for compliance with the requirements of technical regulations: TR TS 004/2011 "On Safety of Low Voltage Equipment". TU 3449-005-70631050-2009.

KM-O (10k*6,0)-IP54-х, where:
KM-O – denomination;
10k - number of contacts in a terminal block;
6,0 – maximum possible cross-section of wires connected to terminal blocks. In the case of installation of a terminal block needed for connection wires with a cross-section up to 3,0 mm2 this designation is not used;
IP54- degree of protection;
х - designation of size of a junction box: «1212»; «1224»; «1515»; «1530»; «2020»; «2040» (see the table “Modifications” KM-O IP 54)
