Explosion-and-fire-proof junction boxes correspond to requirements of all necessary Russian regulations.
Boxes are used for installation of electrical alarm and monitoring circuits of fire safety systems and for installation of electric wiring in explosion-hazard environment (except underground mines manufacturing and their ground buildings).
A box consists of a body and a cap. Corrosion protection is provided by using corrosion-proof materials. Fastening is implemented via bolt connection. There is a DIN –rail with terminal blocks inside the box. Grounding of the body is implemented via a grounding clamp.
There are explosion-proof cable glands with external diameter 3-26 mm. Different type of cable implementation can be used: in a metal hose, in a pipe or armored cable.
